Today I had some physiotherapy on my neck
It was a little scary in places
I didn't realise that my neck could twist that far!

A lot of people find this building an eyesore and although I don't like the colours, I do like the metal structures on the roof and have been meaning to blip it for ages.
Today I was on my own
No one tutting because I kept stopping to take photos
Or looking at me as though I'd taken leave of my senses, taking a picture of a supermarket roof !
Just me and some structure

I need some structure in my life at the moment and today, this will do nicely!
