one walk, twa dugs

one dry, one very wet and mucky- round the forest walk loop at Dunardry today and I even puffed and panted my way up to the viewpoint but grey skies out to the west throughout and rubbish photos so you will have to put up with one of the dogs. It all goes to show how good my hip is- I am stiff and unfit but the intense pain has more or less gone- God bless Emma Vaughan and her acupuncture needles!
