Beautiful

8:30pm and sitting in a reasonably quiet spot at Crieff Hydro with Mrs theWeir.

It's her birthday today. And we've been graced with a night away together at one of our favourite places - without our marvellous children.

A relatively late-ish start to the day, and showering of gifts on the birthday girl, the weeWeir not at school due to being a little poorly, then packed the car and we were away. All very bizarre.

A trip to the gym, some water-based relaxation and some reading time this afternoon.

Delicious meal enjoyed, and the children's disco simmering in the background while we read.

The prospect of sleep is quite something.

But most importantly, I've been able to share it Mrs theWeir. We're about to reach our fifteenth wedding anniversary. And honestly, she gets more beautiful everyday.
