Slanted

Went for the last swim for a week after work and thought I'd have a go at hitting that target time of mine again. Didn't get into a rhythm quick enough and actually swam quicker over the last half than the first I reckon. Next time, next time, I'm going to make sure I hit that stride sooner rather than later. It's not exactly rocket science - go out hard, hang in there, don't fade. Easy, or at least it should be.

(To put this in perspective - we're talking about an average of only one second per length off the pace here so it's not like I'm going to beat myself up too much about it...)
