Lunch and a catch up with a friend at the lovely Liz n Lils in Blackburn. I had what I think might just have been the very best Ploughmans lunch I've ever had - and I don't say that lightly as I really love a Ploughmans lunch. It was gluten free, and absolutely delicious.
