Float like a Butterfly.
I saw Roger in the gym again today. To be really honest with you, i would prefer not to chat to anyone as it puts me off. I prefer to listen to some upbeat music. When i left, as is usual , i walked through the fields, past the tennis club and across a narrow path surrounded by trees. I couldn't believe it, when i spotted this Red Admiral butterfly on a leaf. I would have thought they had all gone by now. I then went to the church for a cuppa. Kevin was there, as a well as a lovely lady called Lizzie. I asked them if many people had been in, and they said that they had only just opened, as Lizzie had had, a family emergency and that Kevin can't open the church on his own. I said, that in future, if they have such an emergency, i would go in. Kevin was so pleased that i had volunteered. It's only between 11 o'clock and 2 o' clock, either on a Thursday or a Friday, every five weeks. I did open my mouth before i thought it through, but how hard can it be really? While i was there, a couple came in from Australia. Kevin was going to take them up to the belfrey, so that they could have a go at ringing the bells. Now that will be something to tell their friends when they get back to Oz. Fish and chips for our meal tonight, with a pot of tea, as it's our second alcohol free day this week.
