Had an inspired thought this morning - asked R to do the much needed food shopping - whilst I went for a walk - he readily agreed - so off I went

Five ladies walked around Thornton - under blue skies - this being the view of the church - from one of the higher points on the walk - and passed though farmland - country lanes - the delightful village of Scholes - and over a viaduct

Only the second time we've done this walk - feel inspired to,do,it again
