Sorry-looking raised bed!

I need some late summer/early autumn colour in this bed. Trouble is, there's not a lot of room unless I dig out some of the ivy that has gone rampant..

I need to kick myself up the backside a bit more and get on with jobs like this. There's so much to do in the house and in the garden but it's Friday, my daughter, her hubby and grandson are at Center Parcs and it's just me and the dogs so I'm putting my feet up with a cuppa and I'm going to watch a chick flick. Probably 'Under a Tuscan Sun'. I may declare wine o'clock early too.... ;-)
