Manchester Big Wheel

I've been working in central Manchester for just over 6 months now and the big wheel stopped being used shortly after I started (something to do with an underground sewer or tunnel or something) anyway, I noticed late last week that the wheel was moving so I believe it is now functional again! I will never go on it though due to a huge fear of heights and vertigo (so bad I can nearly bring myself to stand on a chair or steps to change a bulb!
