Kodak Retina Type 126

After the incident of the fake Retina, I started searching eBay for real Retinas, and here is the first one I managed to buy. The first Retina model was manufactured in Germany in 1934 and 1935, and was introduced at the same time as Kodak's "Daylight Loading cartridge" for 35mm film (the cassettes still used today). The Type 126 is the third Retina model, made in 1936 to 1937.

This one is working - not bad after nearly 80 years!
