Time for change?

Here we can see economy class washing machines one from 90 ninety-century and today. Washing machine on the right side is purchased in 1992 and works well today. Only it's heating element is broken and possible because there is used a heavy load carpets in that washing mashine.

My father asked me to fix heating element. That element for Hoover Ässä 850 might be hard to find. If I find it, it is more difficult on install in it's place. Or would I say I'm not excided of that idea.

Well Samsung washing machine has now hard challenge. Will new machines last over 20 years? I'm afried not.
