Ready for Soup

I love pumpkin soup and using pumpkin in cakes. In this area if we don't buy the pumpkins when they first appear there will be no further chance. When they are gone, they are gone. So by the end of this week I hope to have a few pumpkins lined up on my cool conservatory window ledge.
