Visited my dear friend Peggy today. She is 98 and still as sharp as sharp. By the car park were these lovely pink blossom with the mountains as a back drop. I have taken photos there before as there is always something lovely in bloom.
Out late last night with R getting lots of photos of the blood moon. Seems you can either get the light or dark side during the eclipse, not both in one photo. Got quite a few good shots and almost an equal number of fuzzy ones where the camera went funny with the focus. I thought that having the plus or minus ( lighter or darker) worked best at -3 Did anyone else play with this. Yes i should have done manual focus but it was too dark and I had forgotten how. also I suspect that when the camera hits it it is sharper than I could get.
