Finally an amazing sunset

We debated getting bikes this morning to explore the island ... after a quick go up and down the lane, we decided against it. Both of us are rusty to say the least and we think it'll be safer for us (and everyone else) not to explore that way as there is a fair amount of traffic on the roads ... maybe another day.

Oh well, what to do? Beach? Oh, ok then. Read on the beach this morning then went to town for lunch booked our hotel in Hanoi.

Walked along the beach back to base and we were treated to this amazing sunset. We've been looking out for them every night as any other coastal time we have in Vietnam will be on the east coast so we'll have to get up early for sunrise. This one was pretty spectacular as you can see ... made all the better by chilling on a sun lounger with a beer in hand to watch it.
