Wednesday Night Out

A did a bit of restoration on a family heirloom at the workshop today then went to visit The Mother, taking with me her very dear friend from the village.

S has been visiting The Mother weekly for a long time but has not seen her since she was admitted to hospital. It was nice for them to be able to see each other and The mother was calm today. The staff are pleased with her progress and S said she was much better than she had been while I had been on holiday.

Our evening was spent at The North Lakes Hotel, as it is every alternate Wednesday. Not a lot of photo opportunities today. Only 2 taken. Please don't say: "Why didn't you use the other shot?"
