Mmmm!

It was Uncle Brian's funeral today, and in as much as you can say these events are 'nice'...it was. The service was nice and the bowling club laid on a lovely tea for us after. It was good seeing all my family but just wish it was under happier circumstances.

This photo is of the pie that my cousin, John, snuck into my mom's little food box at the end if the tea!!

Drove back down the road which definitely felt longer and darker this time!

Stopped in late at the Nixon's for bible study and found myself replaying last week after everyone else had gone. Shared a wee dram with Phil in memory of my Uncle Brian. A good dram it was too! ;)
