Ausies in Ice

My daughter, who lives in Australia, said she would love to see some snow during her visit.
We drove up here one evening and awoke to this first thing. The night had delivered. It was perfect.
We did wonder if it would be OK to drive to Nottingham to see her brother who is at Uni there. But the exaggerated reports of 'Severe Weather' did not apply here, luckily. It was fine, as soon as we got to the end of our road.

So this photo is of two happy Ausies, sitting surrounded by chunky snow. They will be back to 34c in two days.
