Filthy Weather

I have been in London today with one of the aims of joining a walk focussing on the life of Virginia Woolf. The gentleman who led this walk was extremely knowledgeable and really brought the author to life as a person not just a writer. I then went over to the National Portrait Gallery to see the exhibition on Woolf; thanks to what I had heard earlier, it was much more interesting and meaningful.

Unfortunately, the weather was not entirely in my favour and as I was heading over towards Belgravia the heavens opened and there was considerable amount of heavy rain - I got wet! It was bad timing as I had to keep going and not shelter for a while. So, all clouds have a silver lining, and I was able to take a shot or two to fulfill today's challenge word of 'Filthy'!

Look LARGE and you'll see the rain!
