and gone tomorrow.

My new specs came back from the lab again and the left lens is so up the creek that I've made another appointment with the Ophthalmologist tomorrow.

On the bright side, I went for a fast walk before supper and both my knee and hip are not playing up.

Chicken curry and cooked apples in the tum, early to bed and who knows what tomorrow will bring!
