Finally fall asleep at about 5am :-(
Spend most of the day trying to sort out my internet but Virgin can only offer me a new contract for 12 months which is no good if I move. Why can't they just give me something fit for purpose now? They transfer me to a technician who spends an hour trying to improve the service, but my phone runabout of power & I get cut off & the Internet dies completely!
