Culzean Castle

We had planned for today to be a bit of adventure, explore something nearby that we haven't before. Well we definitely did that!

We headed south to Culzean Castle. The place, and grounds, are stunning! On the other side of this view, believe it or not, is a sheer cliff face and the Firth of Clyde. Dramatic setting for a castle for sure!

On the way home we took the scenic route along the coast basically tracing the River Clyde back in land and upstream back into Glasgow.
