Blood Moon?

Sorry, I was just too late to catch it in full red glory! But it was still HUGE!

Ronnie is at school tonight, for the annual 'Art Auction', where parents and visitors can buy artworks made by the children! Charmaine and I are just too exhausted to be there, honestly would've loved to go, but I worked straight through 3 weekends up to now, and long hours daily, just no energy left by the time I switch the computer off. Ronnie phoned from school to tell us about the gorgeous moon and we went out the front entrance gate of the complex to take a few snaps.

Unfortunately, the 8 Oct 2014 Total Lunar Eclipse was not visible in and around Pretoria, South Africa. We can apparently look forward to seeing it on 13 September 2015!
