Autumn on the Corner
This snippet of parkland stands at the corner of my estate, the only relief of trees in a sea of houses. The leaves turn yellow and the trees look quite splendid.
In truth, I've taken this a week or so too early. The leaves have not turned entirely. One gale, and the wind could strip the trees completely.
Was also trying out polariser and Little Stopper again - for practice. This is a five second exposure. You can see from the blurriness of some of the leaves that there was a breeze.
Basil indignant because I parked him up against the ivy hedge in the shade. The ground was wet.
