Morning mists

Looked out of the window this morning expecting to see rain but instead saw mist rolling in along the valley so after a brief pause to contemplate more time in bed grabbed my camera bag and headed out. Some excellent advice from Gail pointed me in the right direction to the get this view up the valley! The rest of the day was spent around the banks of Derwentwater with lovely weather until mid afternoon when we hid in a tea shop to avoid a rain shower :-)
