Storms Continue

The storms continued all day. Woke up with rain but not as heavy as yesterday but it did finally dry up in the afternoon with a glimpse of the sun and blue skies after tea. A dry evening until later on and the rain is back and still windy.

After yesterday's heavy rain, it was good to get out walkies first thing with Sammy dog. A busy day at work again with the Wool Week knitters and working with the photo archive. After work I met mam and niece Elise for a chip supper. Me and Elise had a fine walk around Lerwick with Sammy while mam was in a meeting and then we ran her home. After me and mam had a big walk around Cunningsburgh, timed it well as it started raining again as we were heading home! A lazy night with the sofa tonight :)
