Roadworks at Strone Point

This bend is a notorious black spot locally that seems to have claimed so many lives in the years I have lived in Inveraray.

I do believe that it is almost always poor driving/riding that causes accidents and not the road itself. I assume that cutting down all the trees will help people to understand and negotiate this section of road safely.

I just hope they will perhaps cut away some of the banking too and this will really make a difference.......we shall see!
