Return to Uni

We took Tom to Wolverhampton today to deposit him at his halls in readiness for the start of his final year. As usual, actually I shouldn’t say ‘as usual’ it just seems like that, it was raining. We managed to find some double yellow lines to park on near the accommodation and Ann and Tom unloaded his belongings and carted them up to the third floor (I stayed in the car and looked after Dylan who also came along for the ride).

We didn’t hang around after settling Tom in his room and set off for Redditch via a local garage for a take-away coffee. Arriving at Redditch B&Q we took Dylan for a walk around the car park (it is a very large car park) and after putting him back in the car we went for a whistle-stop tour to look at radiators, flooring, kitchens, lights and shower cubicles.

Whilst walking in the car park I took this photo of the Jinnah Road Mosque. I liked the building in its leafy setting and the B&Q signs fading into the distance.
