The 'Bankie Bike'

The north canal bank of the Forth and Clyde Canal at Clydebank has greatly benefited from an award-winning environmental upgrade - canal-side access, signage, interpretation panels, seating and public artworks, including the "Bankie Bike" in this blip. Daughter and I trundled along today on our bikes from Westerton after the mist rolled away and the sun once again began to split the heavens. A figure with a bike beside the sculpture really helps to portray the scale of this artwork.
