LOVE SHINES OUT - PINKTOBER 7

Last year, in July, I was given some beautiful pearl earrings by Victoria - and you can read about it here.

Today, it was my turn to give her a gift - so I decopatched this on Sunday evening and gave it to her today when we met at Boscanova for coffee and a chat. I had asked her to wear pink, as I was doing the BCAM challenge for October, and she remembered!

Since we first met, we have had coffee a couple of times, and it is always a pleasure to see Victoria, because love just shines out of her - some people are like that!

You may also know that I put up a Post-it Note every day (as well as blipping) and when Victoria messaged me last weekend to see if we could meet, she said that she had thought of me because two Post-its I had put up in the Ladies at Boscanova sometime ago were still there - so today I added another one.

I also spoke to Ruby, the girl who was cleaning the toilets - when she saw me with the Post-it she said, “Oh it's you - I like them - it perks people up and I make sure I stick them onto the glass after I have cleaned it!" How fantastic is that? Oh and for the record, I told her that it was the cleanest toilet and wash basin I had seen for a long time - she beamed and told me that she wipes the basin after she has cleaned it - says it makes all the difference!!
