Monumental

Since June I have covered this amount of miles! I am very proud of myself! I ran today in the teeming rain and ran fast for me. I also really enjoyed it! The average a mile is low but there is some walking that goes on. I don't really care to be honest but I am aiming to do my local park run in 30 minutes by the end of the year. Hoping to go on Saturday!
