Grotty Bathroom

Ploughing our way through E St, and a bit of today was the bathroom. This is the nice side.

Few holes in the walls that I'm slowly sorting out, and that awful texture that's being gone over. And the peeling.....

Most of the house is now skimmed, just got one corridor to do, and a couple of ceilings to scrape, and then that bit is all done. Then.....we sand it all and reskim it for a second time. And reskimming the second time will take no time at all, or mud. Unlike today where we started our 3rd bucket of mud....so that's nearly 180lbs of mud on the walls then.

Best thing today was that the smell has nearly gone in the place. That wretched carpet. And tenant. Living in filth.

And get this, the previous tenant was a cleaner. Just not at her own home.
