Back Stage

I came here to hang out with a friend preparing the
evening meal at a local french restaurant.
I missed the main course preparation
however the delicious smells of sweet sauces cooking with vegetables and meat
hypnotized passersby off the street to make reservations without hesitation.
Jazz played in the background while my humble friend did everything in this
slow well rehearsed rhythm...
I really admire people who can cook efficiently and carry a good conversation...
makes the exchange that much more enriching
