In Lari gourmet pasta is produced by a local family business.
We were so fortunate to go on a guided tour. Respecting the old tradition 'Martelli Pasta' dries at a low temperature for about 50 hours, which makes it rough and porous. The result is a delicious pasta which retains every sauce. Since 1926 the only people who have worked in the factory have been family members who combine their expertise with their passion.
