On my way to work, I usually encounter blobs of poop, cigarette butts, and many other artifacts of Mission human - ness... One of them is the ubiquitous malt liquor can. Was this a morning drink? Or just last night's cast off?

I have a 4 block walk to Bart in SF, and usually like to walk on this on block, even though it's a bit sketch. You can tell it was picturesque at one time. Vestiges of tree lined prettiness remain, but it's got a dirty veil now. Wedged between Mission and Valencia, it hosts all kinds of late night activities...
