Bobbins

When husbands great Aunt died, we inherited the strangest things. One of them was her sewing basket, containing many, many threads of every colour, buttons of every style, and some odd fastenings I'm not even sure what they are for! It is all good quality stuff and I have almost never had to buy thread of my own.

We cleared out a cupboard yesterday and sadly decided it was time to throw out the basket, as it had seen better days and was starting to fall apart. But I've kept all the contents, in a less charismatic but functional box. Aunty May lives on!!
