"The Little Digger" (1862-1952)

This is the ancestor which has being causing me so much searching recently. My new cousin told me about him, he was the Prime Minister of Australia. We think that his grandfather was our 3 times great grandfather, only trouble is I'm unable to find the proof :-((

Apart from doing the family history thing today, I've also been clearing the tomatoes from the greenhouse - one side was done this morning. Also started collecting the fallen leaves for leaf mould and planted tulip and crocus bulbs.
