Away they go

I slept very well last night! This morning all of our visitors were preparing to leave for home. Both my mum and Andy's parents were on trains bound for Penzance but they were 2 hours apart so we punctuated the gap with coffee and lunch at the Fruitmarket Gallery.

Andy's parent's train is the one on the left (they weren't going all the way to Penzance!)

I'm just about to don my 'finishers' t-shirt and go out for a 1 mile leg stretch run, apparently it's good for you...
