Nil by Mouth

I had a slice of toast and a glass of mint tea early this morning and nothing since. My stomach is rumbling away now, but more with nerves than hunger, I think. Carole is picking me up in an hour to take me to the hospital and hopefully I shall return tonight.

I hope Pelly realises she is on nursing duties this evening!
