10/5/2014 ~ Deck Hand working the Small Lock at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, Ballard Neighborhood, Seattle, WA

Noon time walk around the Ballard Locks. There were still some salmon running and could be seen climbing the fish ladder. Lots of visitors and marine traffic moving through the locks. The flowers were also in bloom and with the weather being sunny, warm in the sun, but a cool breeze when by the water the day was a 10. Hope the weather system hangs around for another couple of weeks.
