No tent, no party, part 2

For the second time, the HOA has scheduled the fumigation by tenting of our car port, requiring all vehicles to be removed for three days and for the second time nothing happened. Pretty soon they are going to be the association that cried termite and no one will move their car. When I asked for information, all I got was "it's a long story".
