School's Out #4 - Into the woods

Late afternoon Caroline, Elizabeth and I went for a leisurely walk in the woods behind Barton Hall. Such fun with the crunchy carpet of autumn leaves - though some melancholy moments when we remember how much Connie-Dog, used to enjoy these walks. Bless. Still, much jumping and leaping about (them, not me!) was all part of what was a thoroughly comfortable sort of day. Just as Sunday should be.
