Revisiting

This morning it poured with rain which for some strange reason I enjoyed - being cosy and quiet at home getting some work done.

I was surprised however that the weather was so glorious in the afternoon - we actually went on TWO walks. I just couldn't stay indoors. We finally made it to one of our favourite walks over the fields, up the hill and through the woods - the walk we'd wanted to do yesterday but were prevented because of unusually bad traffic problems. We timed the walk perfectly and watched the sunset from the top of the hill.

Heading back to the car, we pass these two trees which for some reason I just love - I'm always taking pictures of them in different light and at different times of year. I love how they silhouette agains the vibrantly colourful sky. I scrolled back and confirmed that I have included them as one of my blipfotos back on March 19th.
