Can anybody remember

Bought this game for my two munchkins, Georgina and Alexia......but I have totally forgotten how to play it ( no instructions within).....I remember having to get them on the back of my hand but can't figure out how to do it.
I do know that I used to like playing this game.

Went to Bents garden centre with Bee today we had a cuppa and a ....well I had a large slice of egg custard and Bee had a creme brûlée......we wanted to look at garden furniture but guess what they had none on display because they had all their CHRISTMAS stuff out.....nooooooo!!!!!! not yet.

On my way home I ended up on the wrong motorway...because the slip roads run into one another and I Chose the incorrect one......this took me 22 miles out of my way
Never mind.....I got home safely in the end.
