Sunday......

Started off my Sunday with a Walk/Run with two of my neighbours...we did a lot more walking than running as the one neighbour started again after 7 months of not joining us on Sundays. Took the first photo of them walking....was heavy but beautiful mist this morning.

Once home, I spend sometime in the sunshine with Hubby....we lay outside on the patio chatting about our upcoming holiday to South Africa....in....10 weeks time!!

3pm I had to photograph a soccer game....Hubby joined me again....once home I sent them off to the Editor of the Sports section of our local newspaper.

Now going to relax and watch TV with hubby who is off to France for a week....which means I am alone...but going to spend the next 5 days focusing on my training and eating..
