Lunchtime peace...

... in crazy day.
Was harvest festival for school today and R was singing in a small group and E was playing her fife. Both were also taking part in their year group contribution. Was very proud of them both. Was the first time R has ever looked nervous doing something.
Did nursery in split shift so I could go and had a lovely time. Sat and read my book in the memorial garden in the village while eating my lunch.
Afternoon was crazy but beginning to see some progress in the sessions. After school both had friends to play and E had her friend to stay the night.
