Autumn is here....

....Well it certainly feels like it today.

I have rather over indulged this weekend and had no exercise but its been great fun. I've caught up with friends and family and that's what life is about.

Today Claire and I went out for lunch with friends to celebrate Anna's Birthday which was last week. We had a great afternoon chatting away and eating some fine food.

One thing I do like with the onset of autumn and winter is being able to enjoy the warmth of a fire, relaxing and watching a film or two, that's exactly what we are going to do this evening.
