Rainbow

Possibly of interest to no static and nobody else but the other day when I managed to 'hit' my target swim time I had extrapolated the first 40 after not actually noticing what time I'd set off but presumed that I had done it in the same time that I always do the first 40 in. But, today I went back to the pool with the deliberate aim of hitting this target time again but on this occasion timing it properly. Which I did, and made the time, about 30 seconds under to be precise. So, new targets now need to be set! But not tonight, I'm knacked...

Photos taken after swimming in my favourite local place just before I realised how hungry I was and how close that new Sainsbury's local was. I'm not sure anyone has wolfed down two pain au chocolats quite as quickly as I did.
