Kestrel

A beautiful sunny morning with wall to wall blue sky greeted me when I got up, so I decided to visit the Suffolk Owl Sanctuary in Stonham Aspal. I wasn't disappointed, there was so many species of Owl and Raptors to see. I took 150 photographs but liked this one of the Kestrel, he's only sixteen weeks old and was fidgeting all the while. I love how his wing and tail feathers show those beautiful markings.
I'll take Ian along next time and arrange it for when they do their flying displays. They also do photographic days throughout the year which I'll try to get to as well.
