Vegetarian for a Day

As an animal lover (but also a meat lover) I get qualms of conscience about how animals are treated in the pursuit of man's tastes and desires.

So I am sitting having a wonderful veggie meal with the HG in Greystones Co. Wicklow in a great spot called The Happy Pear Vegetarian Restaurant.

I would strongly recommend it.

Writ large on their wall is the following ponderable

'We spend our health in the pursuit of wealth
And then we have to spend our wealth to reclaim our health'
