White Bumblebee

i don't usually see anything on Orange Hawkweed , however , today there was, this WHITE BUMBLEBEE . i've never seen a white bumblebee before , and after some searching on -line the only reference i could find was a one found in Sleeford in Sept this year .
don't know if this is a new species to the U.K or if it's a mutation .
